WOW! Now that I have this book, I'm amazed at what they did! This PDF is well worth the $25. A lot of info is passed on by referencing the old clips from previous FM's Jihad books, then giving you the behind the scenes secrets and I gotta say, "Dayum those Blood Spirits were smart!" We won't be seeing Zeta in the Raven Alliance, but here's a nice little spoiler  CSRS Snowflake (Potekmkin) sinks CSAS Constantineau (Liberator) that tries to interfere with the delivery of Zeta Galaxy and an entire Sibko of Aerospace Pilots that CBS won from CSR. One could only imagine what Blood Spirits will do with inexperienced Aerospace pilots.  More proto's anyone? |

I've already started a little side project to give us here a complete update of the events of the Ravens in the Jihad and War of Reaving.  But, don't think I can post them until after the moretorium expires. I'll watch for Sarna Wiki's que on that |

I'm not hopeful for Epsilon, the fact that the new Hellgate Battle Star was destroyed while trying to guard the Jumpships, was brutal. The way I see things, many of the factions are being downgraded post jihad / war or reaving. We are going to be woefully understengthed by the time the FM comes out. Based on our average number of clusters per Galaxy, I see us with 3 or 4 (understengthed) Galaxies. I'm hoping that a cluster here a cluster there survives so that the 4th Raven Regulars have a chance, I'd had to see them go the way of Ed's 3rd Crusis Lancers. Everyone knows the 4th was the best unit ever!  |

well, except that Ed made something oif a Sacred Cow out of the 3rd CL. The 4th may be our unit, but hey, if they died, I hope they died well. Fighting to the last man, keeping our foes back while dropships burned skyward, that sort of thing.

As long as they keep Gamma, my minis can keep rocking well into the Dark Ages.

Besides, units can always be rebuilt from scratch. I mean the Falcon Guards? It's not like the Ravens can't, or won't rebuild. It might take some time, but I don't expect them to stay dead.

Well the 12th Garrison is definitely dead and according to WoR the rest of Gamma was badly hammered but not destroyed. It might be a case of only having 2-3 clusters in the Galaxy, hopefully the 15th and 100th Battle will both survive. |

Aff, the rebuilding of units will eventually begin. We need to be ready for Dracs and Pirates and Feddies, oh my! I wouldn't be too hopeful about Gamma. I'd hope something survives, but they were a Garrison galaxy. |

if I where a better writer, I would write a story about the last days of Hellgate and submit it to Battlecorps. Something to leave a legacy worthy of rebuilding.

They don't make it  I just hope they didn't buy it in one of the many jumpships that got destroyed at Ghent and was able to fight for something. |

yeah, it would suck if they got killed without being able to fight back. I especially want to use one of my favorite lines from one of the old FGC games. "I am Galaxy Commander so and so. Welcome to the gates of Hell, I shall be your guide to damnation"
